COVID 19 REGULATIONS FOR EVENTS AT TLE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE 

 

COVID 19 REGULATIONS FOR EVENTS AT TLE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE VENUE IF YOU/YOUR PERMITTED HELPERS, OR ANYONE YOU/YOUR HELPERS HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT HAVE SHOWN ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19.  WE HAVE A DUTY OF CARE TOWARDS OUR STAFF AND OFFICIALS AND WILL ASK YOU TO FULLY ADHERE TO OUR RULES AND INSTRUCTION ON THE DAY.  IF NOT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. 

ARRIVAL -   Only those rider/horses pre-entered and those persons listed on the entry will be permitted entry to the showground and no refunds granted. Actively competing rider plus one helper per horse to a maximum of six persons (as per Government permitted group size stipulations.)  

Hand sanitizers are at all entrances and must be used whenever you enter.  

ARENAS Warm up arena is limited to 5 combinations at once who will enter and depart to a declared timetable. One TLE staff member ONLY will alter warm up fences for the 5 combinations in the collecting ring. Please do not hang any belongings on fences or the like and be sure to take all of your belongings home with you.

Timings may run early at times so please keep in touch with us. To keep the flow of the show could we advise the first five riders in each class warm up while the course is being built for them then we are ready to start on time. Many thanks for your co operation and assisting us with this. 

CARS NOT allowed unless special circumstances granted by prior to show day.

ENTRIES Pre-entry is mandatory with entry numbers permitted and entered online via the email tleevent@hotmail.com Entry is not guaranteed to be accepted if classes are past permitted level. If there are more entries than can be accommodated within covid-19 procedural restrictions, last to book will be advised and can either be refunded entry or remain on a wait list in case of withdrawals.  Please give us a contact number and email for you plus an emergency contact. A substitution of horse and/or rider may be possible if notified at least one hour prior to the Class Course Walk.  

COURSE WALK  Open only to the riders and 1 parent/trainer no siblings social distancing must be observed. Do not touch any Jumps or wings while in the arena.

SPECTATING This event is closed to the public.  We ask spectators to keep a social distance at all times and move away once your rider has jumped. 

DRAWN ORDER – Available on our facebook page and will be posted the day before the event.

COVID 19 PROTECTION Attendees are responsible for their own measures. Face masks/covers must be worn indoor, plus hand sanitiser will be provided.

PRIZE GIVING There will be no prize giving ceremony. Rosettes will be placed on a table for you to collect.

 

 REFUNDS In accordance with BS rules. Should the event be cancelled due to Government Regulations entries will be refunded. Online booking fees are not refundable. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions late withdrawals are not refunded.

CHILDREN Please do not bring non-competing children to the show unless you have absolutely no alternative in which case they must be listed as an attendee and must be accompanied by a responsible adult from their group at all times, or remain in your horsebox if there is no one to supervise them

TOILETS Open but please use your own wagon facilities where possible. 

FOOD   Café will be open but will only a takeaway service will be provided.   Please observe Covid-19 distancing rules on queuing and move away immediately once you have been served. Payment is cash only 

TLE nor any of their officers, servants or agents shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss or for anything that may happen (from any cause or circumstance whatsoever) to exhibitors, competitors, or members of the general public or their servants, agents or anyone on the showground, or for any loss, claim matter, circumstance or event whatsoever in connection with or arising out of nor attributable to the show or any journey to or from the show. 

  • No individual for which he/she is responsible as owners, lessee, agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure that other members of the public are not put at any risk of injury. 

  • All Entries will only be accepted and competitors allowed to compete on the clear understanding that they agree to comply with and be bound by these Rules and Regulations 

  • The show organizers reserve the right to cancel, add or to amend any other competitions as they may see fit in accordance with British Show jumping rules. 

  • It’s the riders responsibility to enter and compete at the level they understand is acceptable to them. 

  • All Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 

  • The land owner reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises for any reason at all. 

  • Prams and Pushchairs are permitted on the showground. However when in horse areas children must be carried and must not travel in their prams and pushchairs. Bicycles must not be ridden in horse areas.
